Terms of Service for Evridge’s


Thank you for visiting the official website of Evridge Furniture and for your interest in the Evridge experience.

Company Return Policy:

Once merchandise is received, a customer has 72 hours to report any damage to the items and we will exchange it if the damage was caused by our transportation. If you want to return for store credit there is no cost to you. There will be 15% restocking fee and for merchandises return for refund, merchandise must be in its original packaging with no damage, this excludes mattress or special order items. Return must be made within 48 hours. Evridge must be notified before returning any merchandise bought online to the store. If Evridge has to pick up your merchandise, a fee may apply. We reserved the right to correct any pricing error.

Shipping and delivery Items

SHIIPPING AVAILABLE IN TEXAS ONLY. Items will ship with in 72 hours.

If your Standard Shipping item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours. For other issues concerning Standard Shipping orders, call us within 30 days after delivery and we will either repair or replace the item. Return shipping fees apply.

Manufacturer Warranty

Stock items will have the manufacturer warranty as stipulated by manufacturer. Evridge does not warrant merchandise, however, we will assist you with any manufacturer warranty. Merchandise will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our service department. Items sold “As Is” have no manufacturer warranty. Any showroom model (excluding As Is) will retain the manufacturer warranty for internal components only.


Return Requirements

In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy. all item(s) must be: (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in all original packaging (unless the packing was removed as a part of the In-Home Delivery, in which case please re-pack in a manner to prevent damage during return shipping). Clearance Items are final sale items and cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged. Return shipping fees may apply.

Mattresses and Foundations

Mattresses and Foundations may only be returned if delivered damaged. If your mattress or foundation is delivered damaged, contact us for assistance within 72 hours of delivery. Defects discovered more than 72 hours after the mattress or foundation was delivered may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any.


The returned item(s) are inspected immediately upon receipt. Any appropriate exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s); taxes are refunded in accordance with applicable state law. With the exception of damaged or defective merchandise, shipping, delivery, and handling charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping or pickup fees may apply. Most refunds or credits are based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 days following receipt of the return items for any credit or refund to display on your credit card statement.


A customer has three days to cancel an order once they have placed an order online.
